ASA OS

Mephisto — a private personal-assistant system, operated by and for one person.

What it is

ASA OS is a personal system that its operator, Asa Beeri, runs on a server he controls. It is not a product, has no public sign-up and serves no one else. It connects to the operator's own Google account — Gmail and Google Calendar — to prepare a daily brief, raise alerts on genuinely urgent mail, and manage the calendar on the operator's instructions, given in writing or by voice.

What it does with Google data

• Reads the operator's recent Gmail messages once an hour to sort them into what needs attention now, what can wait, and noise.
• Reads the operator's Google Calendar and creates or changes events only when the operator asks.
• Keeps every claim it makes traceable to the message it came from.

The application itself is at app.asaos-ai.com and admits the operator only, behind an identity check.
